Job Title: Quality Supervisor

Multiple QS needed with different profile

Report to: Local Director

Major job function:

• Assist the quality team regarding supplier qualification (factory visit and audit, supplier education)

• Follow the Quality procedure of the company and control products under his responsibility

• Handle custom / authority request and custom claim.
• Work with supplier for action plan and improve internal control document for the future.
• Implement an independent quality system to monitor the Organization as per ISO: 9001:2008 Standard, through an annual audit plan, conduct audits, request corrective actions against findings and generate audit reports.

• Communicate the progress on remedial actions and all quality related matters to the Managing Director, keeping a close liaison.

• Develop and maintain “Quality Manual” of company and associated Quality procedures.

• Able to make inspection plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.

• Knowledge in different measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.

• Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.

• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
• Teach the inspection team about quality control concerns to improve inspection performance.
• Supervise the inspection process.
• Resolve inspection and reports issues in a timely manner.

Profile:

• University studies in Mechanical, Technology or English

• Significant experience (3 years +) in an international company, preferable third party inspection company

Technical:

• Good knowledge of export industry and international trading process

• Familiar with international quality requirements of products under management

• Familiar with the technical feature of the product under management

Others:

• Well organized and capable to manage by priority.

• Good communication skills (In Chinese and English)

• Rigorous

• Be able to learn fast and carry out research on his/her own

• Be able to travel often

• Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
