# Quality management system & management responsibility

质量管理体系和管理责任

• Define the Plant Quality System in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System.

  定义工厂质量体系与佛吉亚卓越体系保持一致。

• Represent customer requirements internally and ensure his agreement (PPAP, deviation….).

  在工厂内实施客户的要求并保证客户的认可（PPAP、偏差）

• Define and deploy the plant quality budget (to all quality network), monitor progress and respect it.

  定义和展开工厂质量的预算（对所有质量范围），监控预算的进展并遵守。

• Guarantee that the Plant Quality readiness is achieved by the program team.

  由项目团队保证工厂质量实现准备就绪。

• Report to the top manager about the performance and any progress requirement of quality system.

  向最高管理者报告质量管理体系的业绩和任何改进的需求。

• Trigger, when relevant, the critical site review process.

  相应地发起关键的工厂过程审核。

• Responsible for the management review meeting.

  负责管理评审会议的召开。

• Responsible for the contact with out side about quality system.

  负责质量管理体系有关事宜的外部联络。

  # Resource management 资源管理

• Coach and train the plant quality team on quality tools & processes

  关于质量工具和过程指导并培训工厂质量团队。

  # Product realization 产品实现

• Ensure the right application of the alert system in the Plant ( 8D methodology is respected) (in case of S/R, Plant Manager validation is mandatory)

  保证警报系统在工厂的正确应用（遵守8D方法）（是S/R，强制工厂经理的确认）。

• Ensure the Plant's compliance with all safety/regulations requirements (securization rate, MR/PY, LLS).

  保证工厂执行所有的SR要求（符合率、强制要求、防差错、经验分享）。

• Protect the plant against incorrect purchased parts and improve Supplier Quality towards sites PPM/Complaints targets

  保护工厂防止不合格的外购件并提供供应商质量满足工厂的PPM和抱怨的目标。

Ensure the conformity of the product by the respect of the control plan (including COP test ,..) with calibrated devices

• 通过遵守控制计划使用校准的设备来保证产品的符合性（包括COP试验...）

• Secure the plant from potential issues coming from variations (Programs Launches, transfers and ECM,..) through process qualification (PQA)….

  确保工厂通过质量资质（PQA）从项目启动、生产转移和ECM的变化带来的潜在风险。

  
  

  # Measurement, analysis & improvement 测量、分析和持续改进

• Ensure Quality results to all relevant parties.

  向相关方通报质量结果。

• Communicate LLS in his/her plant and guarantee that they are implemented

  在工厂内交流经验分享并确保实施。

  # Generic tasks 通用任务

• Stop the product produce and delivery in case of major NC, until problem was solved or deviation release by evaluation team.

  在出现不合格是停止产品生产和交付，直到问题得到解决或评审后偏差放行。

• Keep the secret for the business actives of JV plant except China official requirement. Keep the secret for the entire secret defined in the JV contract as well.

  对与合资公司的业务活动有关的所有信息严加保密（但中国有关机构要求的除外），并对合资合同中定义的所有机密严加保密。

  参与工厂项目管理团队中，参与质量相关工作。

Finish the temporally task of the company.

完成公司临时交办的工作

Qualification requirement 资格要求:

• Master's degree or above in Engineering学士学位或以上

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience有至少5年的专业工作经验

• Manufacturing experience, preferable in the automotive industry

  制造经验，有汽车行业工作经验尤佳

• Solid knowledge of Quality in Production熟悉生产质量相关知识

• Process orientation注重过程

• Communication skills沟通能力

• Customer relationship experience客户关系处理经验

• Minimum bi-lingual (English required) 至少掌握两种语言（英语）

• 掌握IATF16949方面的相关知识
