1. Control the incoming material component quality

2.Check and control the In-process and outgoing quality

3.Do the performance testing and prepared the work instruction for the inspection gage and equipment

4.Prepare the quality system document and maintain it

5.Management the inspection gage and equipment in precise and prepared the calibration Certification

6.Prepared the PPAP document and coordinate with customer

7.Deal with the complaint from customer

8.Responsible for inspection result in AS-400 &BDE

9.Make the inspection criteria and maintain it

10.Daily communication with Plant Manager, Production Team and Suppliers concerning production issues

11.Daily monitoring of actual quality and quality reports controlling and reducing quality cost while maintaining or improving quality

12.Responsible for quality system TS16949 implementation and maintenance

任职要求：

1. 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or electronic

2. 2.At least 5 years of QC work experience in automotive industry

3. 3.Familiar with ISO9000, TS16949, PPAP, FMEA,MSA and SPC

4. 4.Fluent in both written and spoken English, able to communicate internal and externally

5. 5.Must be able to work well with people and cooperate with all levels of the organization, including customers and suppliers.
