Description of activities:


Conduct quality activities, such as receiving inspection, in-process inspection and first sample inspection.



• Creating control plan, test plan and all other documents required by APQP / PPAP as well as the documents required by the customer as specified by the product engineers and QS of Selzer Germany.

• Monitor production quality, perform inspections, organize self-examination of qualtiy.

• Responsible for present and future Quality procedures and equipment and ensures they are maintained in proper working order.

• Establishment of quality standards.

• Establishing a measurement and test environment to ensure all product characters can be measured and tested including documentation

• Assist management in the implementation and review of our Quality operating systems, which enhances our business plan and continuous improvement efforts.

• Establishes a cost of Quality report to be distributed for Management review.

• Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures.

• Identify and report to the management team any personnel resource requirements they feel are necessary to support our operating system.

• Developing and maintaining a system according to IATF 16949 or an equivalent management system for the Chinese Plant in coordination and with guidance by Selzer Germany.

• Conducting audits according to the specification of the management system.

• Dealing with all kind of customer problems regarding Quality issues
  




Education, knowledge and abilities:




• Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma and/or qualified on the job experience.

• CQE or CQM or EOQ Quality Manager and/or equivalent experience

• Advanced statistical techniques.

• Minimum of 5 years related work experience, thereof min 2 years in automotive industry

• Good verbal and written communication skills also in English

• Positive attitude towards new ideas.
