? Strive for Quality performance excellence through top line growth, lean manufacturing and efficient supply chains.

? Implement equipment quality initiatives and support health & safety, cost, lean & inventory.

? Responsible for overall product failure rate improvement, product KPI analysis

? Responsible for Quality management team, performance appraisal and department budget

? Implementation/Maintenance of the global valid quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001); coordinate with team for regular internal and external quality system audit activity．

? Manage quality related communication and escalation with overseas department and senior management.

? Continuous quality reporting which must contain the implementation status of measures and results according Quality Plan and status of correction measures in case of deviation to meet planned targets

? Control of project specific quality actions according Quality Plan and the identification and tracking of quality related findings before they affect the external customer.

Experience 经验:

? Minimum 5 to 7 years working experience in a manufacturing industry as Quality Manager. Ideal wise other Leading function experience in that Industry.

? Not less than 2 years people management skill.

? MNC background preferred

? Strong quality mindset and knowledge of quality tools; familiar with ISO 9001 preferable in machinery or mechanic industry field, control plan, problem solving.
