Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively support NPD Vigor Process in metrology, fixturing/gauging, quality controls and capabilities verifications prior to Engineering Builds of sample products
2. Deliver Qualification Testing success aligned to Master Specification Control Documents
3. Drive through collaborations with Suppliers, Manufacturing, Engineering and Purchasing all necessary processes & systems for assessing, selecting and developing Component & Finished Products Suppliers

Personal Specifications：
1. Bachelor degree and above, MBA is preferred
2. Major : Majoring in Mechanical Engineer
3. Language : Excellent spoken and written English
4. Computer skill : Good in excel, word and PowerPoint, Skillful on SPC, 6 sigma, big-data application.
5. Work Experience
? Very strong facilitation skills and Impactful communication skills;
? Synergize resource capabilities;
? Min. 8 years Working knowledge of multi-national companies QA management within manufacturing environment, and minimum 5 years in managerial position
