This is a strategic role to lead transformation in TRADING quality management.
1, Owner of Trading quality performance,
2, Interface to manage the resource and collaboration with different quality department from LOB
Responsibility:
- Emphasize and implement quality policy and customer first concept in company
- Continues improving the supplier quality process
- Develop the quality engineer competency to meet business requirement
- Enhance the quality management system running smoothly in trading
- Influence and Collaborate with Each stake holder to push quality improvement continuously.
Requirement:
Education:
Mechanics or Electric or Engineering Bachelor or above
Job Related Experience:
More than five year related working experience in Supplier quality management
Business Understanding:
Professional in Quality, Mechanical/Electronics and System field
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
1, Good Influence & Communication skill
2, Leadership competency: Build effective team, Optimize work process, Cultivate Innovation
3, 10+ yrs quality management experience, Professional in Quality Management
OEM/OEM supplier mgmt. experience is a plus.
