Job Responsibilities

• Support the Quality team with the day-to-day tasks.
• Generate metrics for monthly reporting and Quality Reports
• Maintain QM webpage and roll out Quality Culture initiatives e.g. WeChat platform
• Support Compliance Managers to coordinate and implement internal and cross functional activities
• Participate in QM Projects
• Other duties as assigned to help the team drive and improve Quality within Medicine
• Availability to work at least 3 days a week

Qualifications

• Degree: Master
• Major: life science related
• Required skills: Advanced Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills); Meticulous, highly organized, strong interest in processes; ability to work independently and with self-discipline; highly motivated, agile, agile, positive and professional.
• Language skills & proficiency: Excellent communication skills, especially in written and oral English
