Job Description

A Quality Inspector for EYELEVEL is first and foremost the person responsible for the quality level of the production. To do this they must be highly organized individuals, excellent communicators, planners, presenters, negotiators and team players working closely with our suppliers, production managers, CAD engineers, and assembly teams. A Quality Inspector is a key element to cooperation between Suppliers - they are mostly based at supplier’s factory and our project team who ensures that supplier’s production meets our required level of quality.

Quality Inspector Key Responsibilities

? Responsible for incoming material inspection and supplier site loading inspection; 负责产品进货检验及供应商工厂发货检验。

? If needed, During-Production Inspection (DPI) on site to ensure the quality; 如果公司需要，在供应商工厂进行生产中检验以确保质量合乎公司要求。

? The QIR report should be finished within 24hours; QIR报告需在24小时内完成。

? Report the problem found during inspection and suggest the improvement; 对检验中发生的问题及时汇报并给出改进建议。

? If needed, follow up the improvement actions from supplier like material, process, ect. 如有需要，对工厂的改进方案（如材料，流程改进等）进行跟踪及检验.

? Monthly summary of the inspection for assisting company to assess the suppliers and product quality; 每月对检验数据进行汇总、统计以协助公司对供应商及产品质量进行评估.

? Any other task assignment if company need; 其他工作安排，如果公司需要。

Job Requirements

? A holder of college degree or above. Majored in furniture or mechanical is a plus; 大专或以上学历，工科背景，家具或机械学专业优先；

? At least 2-year experience of inspection on products. Experience on furniture products is preferred; 2年或以上产品验货经验，有家具产品经验优先；

? Able to complete the inspection reports on your own; 可独立完成检验报告；

? Good command on written English, and familiar with MS Office; 英文书写流利，熟悉使用MS Office软件；

? Honest and have a strong sense of ethics; 诚实可靠、道德观念强；

? Able to work under pressure and travel frequently; 可于压力下工作、可频繁出差；

? Good communication skills and teamwork spirit; 具良好的沟通技巧和团队精神；

? Software:

o Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must

o General computer literacy with ability to learn proprietary production software

? Languages:

o Chinese – native level
