Job Description
Objective of Job
- Ensuring continuous high quality standards at DEC production 通过对批次生产过程的监控，以保证最佳的质量状态。
- Introducing, implementing and monitoring appropriate actions required to cure and prevent defects and weak points in the production processes 质量检验应该针对批量生产中的薄弱环节重点展开。
- Carrying out the inspection in the weak points 指导解决问题的合理方法，以及监控薄弱环节。
Principle Activities
- Describing defects exactly and inform the related operator of production. 缺陷描述要准确，并及时通知相关工位。
- Being a role model for "Quality" also with respect to cleanliness and order 质检人员应保持工作岗位整洁干净，并做出榜样。
- Performing product audit, final inspection and roving inspection according to inspection instruction. 根据《质检指南》进行产品奥迪特、终检以及过程检查。
- Filling out the measuring report for the first sample 为第一个样品填写测量报告。
- Check the interaction of individual components and component groups to assure functionality 检查部件之间和部件组之间的接合并确保功能性。
- View test plans and drawing documentation and data sheet 看检测计划，图纸文件和数据表格。
- Label defective component groups/equipment and pass it on with a description of the defect 标记处缺陷部分的组别和仪器并将缺陷传递出去。
- Train/instruct other associates 培训或指导其他同事。
- Conduct variable tests with simple standard measurement equipment/programmed equipment and specific gauges in series/processes according to guidelines 根据指南用简单点标准测量设备或者软件设备和系列特殊计量表进行变量测试。
- Document test/measurement results in the Qsys system 在Qsys系统里记录测量结果。
- Escalate/pass on results 升级和传递结果。
- Sort out defective parts, taking into account DRX-specific requirements 挑选出有效部分，并记录到德科斯米尔个性化要求。
- Determine and forward defects 确认和转发产品缺陷。
- Cooperate in finding the cause in problem cases 能够与别人合作寻找问题发生的原因。
Job and Work Requirements
- middle school or higher and basic English初中及以上学历，基础英语知识
- On-the-job training for several weeks/for a few months参加几周或几个月的培训
- At least one year experience in DRX至少在德科斯米尔工作一年
- Basic knowledge of windows and office software基础电脑和办公软件使用知识
- Attitude of reliability, responsibility, and team spirit 诚实，有责任感，团队意识
- Ability to work independently 能独立工作
- Communication skills 有沟通协调能力
