Purpose of Job:
The main purpose of this job is to ensure the products are inspected according to company’s requirements, drive suppliers to improve quality of products.

Job Scope & Major Responsibilities:
1. On-line & pre-shipment inspection.

• Positively communicate with suppliers and supervisor on effective inspection schedule
• Conduct On-line or Pre-shipment inspection at Company’s request
• Distribute inspection report to relevant team timely
• Report rejected/pending inspection to supervisor in time

2. Submit weekly/monthly summary report
3. Drive supplier quality improvements
4. Report any abnormal situation of suppliers
5. Assist to conduct factory audit, verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions taken by suppliers
6. Assist on new product sample review

Requirements:
1 Education
College graduate

2 Experience (Minimum Relevant Experience/Minimum Supervisory Experience)

• 1+ years of QC or QA experience
• Have experience of working in the field of tent, sleeping bag, inflatable, furniture, PFD, BA, lighting is preferred

3 Professional Qualifications, Knowledge and skills

• Experienced in ISO9000 is preferred

4 Written / Oral Language skills:

• Can read English drawing and specification and write English report, CET 4 is preferred

5 Competencies

• Able to work under pressure
• Positive, good communication skill, carefulness, accountability

6 Others (eg. Travel Required: %)

• Willing to travel and willing to be relocated if needed
