Duties and Responsibilities (Accountabilities）

• Base on company’s requirements, monitor processing environment and processing flow implementation to maintain basic food safety &quality assurance of manufactured products. 基于公司要求，监控加工环境和加工工艺执行以维持加工产品基本的食品安全和质量保障

• Sampling, measuring and verifying that manufactured products meet pre-determined quality standards 取样、测量和确认加工产品符合既定的质量标准

• Record information on non-conforming products, identify causes for the out-of-spec product and then work with the processing team to improve the products quality. 记录不合格产品信息，确认不合格品原因并通过与加工团队工作以改善产品质量

• Create plans & cooperate with operation team and contracted plants to improve product quality continuously. 制定计划，与营运团队和合同工厂合作以持续改善产品质量

• Report or feedback all QC data & any issues found on the spot timely and truly, before which can cause heavy food safety or quality issues.在造成重大质量和食品安全事故之前，及时和真实地报告或反馈所有质控数据和任何现场发现问题

Working Conditions

Location： Yantai, Shandong Province 山东省烟台市

Accommodation: Need to be stationed in the plants due to the requirement of processing business根据加工业务安排需驻厂

Physical Requirements:

Good physical condition / the job requires that one be on the production floor interacting with production and supervisory teams.

• Shared office (Office Work) 办公室工作

• Wet/Damp environments 潮湿的工作环境

• Loud Factory environment有噪声的工厂环境

• Low temperature低温

Qualifications

• Food or related professional background , junior college or above食品或相关专业，大专及以上学历

• Experience on seafood processing industry is preferred 水产加工行业背景优先考虑

• Work experience on Quality Control/Food Safety Systems is preferred

在质量控制、食品安全体系方面的工作经验优先考虑

• Bilingualism is preferred – English required

能使用英语更佳

• Ability to work in a variety of computer based programs including Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook能熟练使用各种计算机办公软件

• Understanding of statistical analysis with the ability to create profiles可进行（质控数据的）统计分析并提供报告文件

• Must have a clear criminal record 无犯罪记录

• Must be free to travel as required independently必要时能独立出差
