Responsibilities:

• 
  Leading Giga3 factory metrology team of vehicle and component dimensional consistency, continue improvement and action implementation.
• Facilitate team efforts of measurement and initial issue analysis towards metrology room, teardown, lab, cubing, etc.
• Experience of measurement equipment installation work, adjustments and improvement is a plus
• Regularly report to leader vehicle dimensional status, root cause and issue resolution progress from quality stand of point.
• Take responsible for new product development process quality control, measurement analysis, exception handling feedback and improvement suggestions;
• Working on the training, retraining and assessment of the correct use of measuring instruments of the inspection team;
• Responsible for the preparation of new product inspection list and inspection application;
• Responsible for the management of plant measuring instruments calibration, maintenance, requisition, etc.
• Support team on testing project arrangement and operation specification preparation.

Requirements:

• 8 years+ experience in vehicle metrology related work
• Bachelor Degree in engineering or mechanical related majors
• Basic SPC and MSA skills
• Good at using of special measuring equipment, such as CMM and 3D scanning equipment, and geo-magic software, etc.
• Proficient in reading and understanding 2D drawings, able to correctly use and understand GD&T, RPS and other tools;
• Workable English level is required;
• Be able to independently and skillfully test fixture precision and ensure accuracy reliability;
• Cross functional team work skills, with problem solving and urgency sense.
