The candidate will lead a team Quality Engineers with focus on testing new capabilities in Teamcenter particularly in Teamcenter core and industry application areas. The candidate will be hands-on leader with goal of improving our testing strategy and coverage. You will be working in a team environment using Agile processes. Responsibilities • Manage a team of Software Engineers providing direct leadership of this team and owning application areas. • Direct responsibility for day-to-day activities of the team and associated procedures; contributes to policies. • Provide accurate and detailed quality assessments for projects/products/releases. • Manage within budget constraints. • Manage personnel career paths and development, including appraisals. • Work closely with Product Management and Development Management to closely monitor quality and propose initiatives for improvement. • Spend time serving as a technical member of the team reviewing the work of others and guiding the testing strategy. • Promote innovation through the ability to introduce new technology/knowledge into multiple areas of a product and to our people. • Promote continues learning within the organization by demonstrating a passion for learning. • Promote and drive Process Improvement.
