Your tasks

• Ensuring a proper transition from the “development” to series production (“development” also refers to relocations or design changes in series production)

  • Definition and organization of samplings and capability evaluations

  • Process and quality acceptances

  • Realization of firewall and SafeLauch measures

• ongoing quality monitoring and release right

  • Evaluation of results from inspections during production

  • Coordination and initiation of corrective actions

  • Decision on the use of blocked goods

  • Release right (set goods to OK)

• Initiation of measures in case of quality deviations:

  • Initiation of immediate measures to protect the customer from defective goods and to maintain delivery capability

    (traceability, management of blocked stocks, initiation of additional quality controls).

  • Team leader 8D complaint process

  • Organizational responsibility and support in the implementation of permanent remedial measures + effectiveness control

  • Sustainable traceability and documentation of measures taken (FMEA, quality plan, etc.)

• Customer interface

  • First customer contact from series production in all quality topics

  • First contact to the customer in case of a problem

  • Organization and execution of visits, meetings with protocol creation and action tracking

  • Active role in customer audits

• Continuous improvement of products and internal series production

  • Perform product audit

  • Perform requalification

• Main responsibility for all testing equipment including employee training

Your profile

• Fluent English spoken and written skill

• Candidates with practical experience in production shopfloor and quality assurance will be preferred

• Completed study in the field of mechanical engineering or similar subject area

• Knowledge of automotive standards and quality methods will be advantage

• Team player and organizer (communicative, systematic, solution-oriented and independent)

• Confident appearance, willingness to take responsibility

• Willingness to have business trip
