Responsibilities:

• Integrate and implement PennEngineering Division/Group strategies and master projects

• Co-work with functional peers to develop, deploy and execute QC and CIP strategies

• Manage IQC process to stop the defective materials flowing into manufacturing process

• Steer the MRB committee to support daily production by giving appropriate judgment to those suspected goods in-time and stop making defective parts

• Manage quality laboratories and provide dimensional and/or cleanliness measuring support to production team in First/Last Article Inspection

• Lead FQI team to conduct the FG inspection to protect customer from receiving defective parts according to the specified procedures of customers

• Implement the Operator Self-inspection Program to strengthen the quality awareness and consciousness of operators to increase the actual production of Yield Rate

• Engage him-/ herself into CIP program to achieve a year-over-year quality improvement steadily

• Act as a core champion in building up and maintaining an effective quality system in accordance with IATF16949

• Other duties assigned by supervisors as needed

Education and Experience required:

• University Bachelor degree in metallic material or mechanical engineering related at minimum.

• Substantial experiences and knowledge of manufacturing engineering is essential. At least 10 years working experiences in mechanical manufacturing environment with minimum 5 year experience as QC manager or above. Working experience in automotive industry is desired.

• Solid Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system

• Quality engineering capability, state-of-the-art Knowledge of quality control (APQP, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Control Plan, sampling, A3, 8D etc.)

• Knowledge of Metallic Material forming or turning

• Production Logistic Structure and Process
