Quality Control Agent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate and correct potential contract errorsreported by other departments or detected by specific reports.
  
• Analyze the HBG’s responsibility by reviewing contractsin system, contacting relative departments for further clarifications orcontacting IT for technical issues.
  
• Validate of contracts loaded in the top lossesdestinations
  
• Assess the economic impact of the errors according tolist of bookings affected.
  
• Communicate with other departments like finance, customerservice, supplier call center, product team for litigation analysis, feedback,training.
  
• Support protocols managed by own department to minimizethe initial losses.
  
• Suggest improvements in order to increase the teamefficiency.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
  
• Besmart to learn and adapt to system operation.
  
• Besensitive to detect errors and analysis data with logical mind.
  
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Highability in English reading and writing is a MUST.
  
• Ableto manage time effectively and efficiently
  
• Previous experience inthe Travel Industry is desirable, or any other area related with data analysis.
