Responsibilities:

• Regularly review the designed quality measures and instructions
• Close communication with customer on daily operations
• Ensure and assist operation departments to implement quality policy and target
• Maintain documentation, filing system, issuing and records
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
• Formulate and implement operation procedures

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
• Attention to detail with good analytical and problem solving skills
• A driver personality, self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Hardworking and energetic
• Good time management skills

Location: Tsuen Wan 

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Alternative Saturday)
