Role and Responsibilities

• Design, create and maintain technical documentation including system requirement, operational manuals and SOP
• Maintain the QA audit program across all operational departments in an effective and efficient manner ensuring the use of appropriately qualified individuals and teams
• Maintain & improve internal key performance indicators. Assist top management to monitor the monthly and quarterly KPI and P&L in the department, analyze and report to management.
• Propose, devise and develop continuous improvement initiatives for the business.
• Conduct root cause analysis based on performance/productivity reports to determine metrics, troubleshoot operation issue, review/re-define operation flow and handle process documentation/standardization. Conduct advance data collection and analysis for process mapping, budgeting and cost analysis to determine improvement in operational efficiency

• Ensure the QA initiatives are aligned with the standards of the customer’s requirement
• Provide support to ad hoc projects and assignments

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Degree holder in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• At least 4 years relevant experience
• Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good command in MS office applications, ERP and WMS
