• Developing, maintaining andimplementing the Quality Program in the Centre
• Ensuring the Centre complieswith Network Standards/ SDC Standards & provide any assistance in anyGlobal QMS / Network audits
• Revise existing policies& drafting SDC Chengdu quality related policies and procedures
• Ensuring that each functionmonitors their respective compliance of internal controls and processeswithin the Quality Management System Framework & ISQC 1 and enforcingstrict documentation requirements
• Develop and calibrate SDC Chengdu internal control managementsystem and process; Assist the QA leader to establish and improve effectiveinternal control system, provide professional support for business efficientidentification, analysis and response to business risks, and ensure theeffective operation of internal control risk management measures in line withcost efficiency;
• Promote the establishment, implementation and improvement of SDC Chengdu internal control policies,guidelines and procedures, promote the promotion of SDC Chengdu risk control concept andcultural awareness, and promote the IT informatization level of SDC Chengdu risk control management;
• Lead the team to performrisk assessment routine, including risk interview, questionnaire survey, riskresponse follow-up, etc;
• Lead the team to performinternal control inspection and evaluation, including establishing internalcontrol matrix starting from scratch, conducting various control tests, andissuing internal control defect report

• Followup the progress of defect rectification, issue internal control self-evaluationreport; Promote internal control improvement work of each line of business,work closely with relevant responsible person to ensure timely and effectiveimprovement of internal control problems

• 8 + years’ experience in internalcontrol/internal audit, riskmanagement, regulatory compliance witha reputable listed company or multi-national corporation is preferable;·
• Rich experience in risk compliancemanagement, masters internal control methodology such as risk identification,analysis and assessment, and operational skills;·
• Strong logical thinking ability, highsensitivity of internal control and data analysis ability, strong ability to identify,analyse and solve problems;·
• Effective time and project management, interpersonal and influencing, cross-departmental communication andcollaboration skills are essential;·
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interactwith executive levels of SDC management, strong adaptability and pressureresistance ability;·
• Excellent communication skills in both oraland written Chinese and English;·
• Advanced report writing skills in bothChinese and English;·
• Good coaching skills to elevate the profileof the team;·
• Experience in process optimization is anadvantage
• ;CIA/ CICS/CICP is preferable.
