QAD is seeking an Quality Assurance Intern who will perform professional Quality Assurance functions outlined below. Non-complex testing activities are performed independently. Maintain the automated functional tests and integration tests. You will also be responsible for analyzing results and maintaining communication with functional teams and writing/updating the automated test scripts.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute manual and/or automated tests and ensure test completion. Document, retest and track defects until resolved.  Define, produce, maintain and report applicable test metrics.
• Regularly monitor test results, Analyze issues identified during tests and identify the source of defect as functional, data or test case.
• Maintain the test scripts and test cases as per quality standards and procedures
• Become familiar with the functional aspects of the application.
• Create / update documentation as required and maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain proficiency in new testing tools enabling patch testing by training formally and informally.
