工作职责：

1. Co-ordinate with Project Management and Engineering to deliver new product development within agreed timeline.

2. Provide quality specifications in product development stage and communicate to suppliers clearly on product specification; control production process and monitor quality for mass production.

3. Prepare quality reports for Preproduction (PP), Mass Production (MP) and product improvement (8D, CAP, NOM) reports.

4. Carry out factory assessment (audit) and improvement follow up for ISO and social responsibilities requirements.

5. Resolve inspection and aftersales/ customer complaints/ queries and co-ordinate improvements.

6. Support Head of Quality to implement and maintain quality control systems and related co-ordination works to improve quality reliability.

岗位要求：

1. Advantageous to have buying office experience of cookware products..

2. Minimum 5 years working with ODM/OEM electrical household appliance development.

3. Experienced in establishing and implementing quality requirements for new project development.

4. Experienced working with International safety standards (IEC / EN standards).

5. Experience with working on stainless steel, high quality surface requirements.

6. Good interpersonal, communication and team player skills.

7. Able to work independently and handle multi-task whilst working under pressure.

8. High problem solving skills with ability to think out of the box solutions.

9. Experienced in communicating and negotiating with suppliers.

10. Good command of English and computer literate.

11. College degree or above in Engineering / Project Management.
