Responsibilities:

• Monitor the service center performance
• Review the service quality and execute the improvement plan
• Interface with service center and factory on technical support aspects
• Provide product training and technical support
• Arrange on-site riding and audit
• Prepare the report for general issue to Team Leader
• Assist for any ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in related disciplines
• Minimum 5 year relevant experience
• Holder of Grade “A” Electrical License is prioritized
• Good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skill
• Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word and excel processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
