- 协助完成递交给客户的资料，如项目方案、项目执行计划、项目访谈大纲等
- 独立完成内部所需资料，如Desk Research
- 协助完成分析报告
- 协助进行项目管理，确保项目有质量地如期完成
- 学习并完成定性深度访谈、座谈会主持
- 基本的客户沟通，如邮件、电话或当面沟通
要求：
- 重点大学本科及以上学历，海外留学优先
- 良好的中、英文书写与口头表达能力
- 熟练的Office能力，Word, Excel 和PowerPoint
- 良好的逻辑思维能力、分析能力和快速学习能力
- 良好的图文表达能力
- 有定性研究经验者优先
Job description:
- Support working on the project proposal, screener, discussion guide
- Independently conduct desk research
- Support analysis and report
- Support project management
- Learn to conduct in-depth interview and focus group
- Client communication like email, call and face to face meetings
Capabilities:
- Bachelor/ Master degree from top universities
- Fluency in mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
- Good command of MS-Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good at logical thinking, analyzing and quick learning
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Relevant qualitative research working experience is a plus
