主要职责


  • 对合同和法律事务功能邮箱的邮件进行归档
  • 整理归档数据和记录关键条款
  • 建立关键客户的合同数据库以记录关键客户的合同谈判历史
  • 进行研究和数据分析,更新各种法律数据
  • 与数据提供者沟通,包括填写数据指导和催收数据等
  • 协助项目经理分析和报告项目动态
  • 及时向上级汇报相关问题
  • 协助其他事务性工作


基本要求


  • 本科学历,金融财务、商科类、法律类等相关专业
  • 具备法律或相关领域背景的人员优先考虑
  • 大学英语四级或以上证书 (其他相当水平亦可)
  • 熟悉使用包括Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件
  • 良好的沟通能力和人际技巧
  • 富有责任感,工作认真、努力,勇于承担
  • 学习能力强且乐于学习
  • 善于解决问题,能承受工作压力,并能在给定期限内高效地完成工作


Job description


For QRM KDC staff-with legal background

Responsibilities

  • Conduct filing of the emails in both contracting and legal functional mailboxes
  • Organize the data being filed and record the key terms of agreements in a searchable log
  • Prepare contract filing database of the Firm’s key accounts for recording such key accounts’ contract negotiation history
  • Conduct legal research and data analysis, update various legal databases. Organize and file company secretarial documents related to legal entities in China
  • Maintain, update and catalog legal library of legal research conducted and legal opinions obtained
  • Communicate with data suppliers, including data filling coach, following up, etc.
  • Assist project managers in tracking and reporting the projects’ statuses
  • Raise any issues to responsible lawyers immediately
  • Do other administrative work


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree, major in Finance / Business / law is preferred
  • Experience in the legal industry or relevant areas is preferred
  • College English Test Band 4 (CET-4) or above (other equivalent level also acceptable)
  • Good computer skills which must include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A sense of responsibility and be hard working and mature
  • Fast learner and willing to learn
  • A sense of problem solving and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
