Responsibilities:

1.Routine QC inspection

1）Performs Raw Material & Finished Goods sensory testing

2）Ensure Flavors QC lab routine testing SOP compliance to enhance accuracy

3）Support Non-conformance investigation

4）Support analytical testing and microbial testing

2.QC record & document management

1）All QC Worksheet, report and specification filing

2）Update and input QC data in SAP and IFFman system

3）Provide QC report to customers, commercial team and other departements’ requirement

Essential

1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Biochemistry/Food Technology/

2. At least two(2) years or more QC related experience in Flavors / Fragrances or food processing industry.

3. Good sensory skill and potential will be top priority.

4. Ambition to self-develop in the sensory area.

5. Good communication skills.

Preferred

1. Good understand of GMP, HACCP and ISO

2. Experience in SAP or similar system application

3. Capable of communicating with English, especially in reading and writing

4. Comprehensive knowledge on Flavors / Fragrances or food processing analytical testing, e.g. titration test, density, refractive index, microbiology, GC, etc.
