QC (Quality Controller)

Position Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Quality Inspectors to join a young and proactive team. Trade Point is one of the most progressive Northern European trading companies selling Modern Nordic Furniture and Accessories to our customers in mainly Europe. If you are focused, dedicated and wish to join a company in progress, then please send us a resume. In your role you will inspect products and help find solutions to problems. Duties include.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process(on-line), pre-shipment or loading inspection;

Prepare complete inspection reports based on inspection findings;

Identify problems in early stage of the production process and provide solutions;

Communicate with factories for the rework and re-inspection of rejected lots;

Conduct onsite assessment of production and material status to assist TPSH in making decision on following up and delivery;

Provide technical assistance to the factories to improve the general quality level;

Skills and Abilities:

Good technical experience on wood, MDF, metal materials, experience on KD furniture, and product packaging experience is a plus;

Experience in working for a trading company environment;

5 years working experience in QC inspection.

Familiar with EU/US quality standard and AQL.

3rd party (SGS/BV/ITS) working experience is preferred.

Knowledge, Experience, and Education:

College graduated or above;

Solid experience in Quality Inspection of Furniture and/or Accessories from previous employees. It will be an advantage if you have experience from other trading companies within relevant industries.

Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese are required;
