QC Dept / QC Planner:
Job Duties (工作範圍):
To plan the QC jobs efficiently in time and prepare daily QC plan and to maintain coordination between QC plans and shipment planning
有效准时的计划QC工作,制定日常QC计划,协调和船务的规划。
To pass the Purchase order related information to QC inspectors for doing the inspection job
根据采购订单的相关信息安排质检员工作
To minimize QC travel expenses by efficient planning
通过有效的计划最小化质检员的差旅费用
To ensure QC inspection reports and photos are uploaded to QC server
确保质检报告和图片准确无误的上传到QC服务器
To arrange mid term inspections / vendor audits based on merchandiser requests
根据采购的要求,安排中期质检或者供应商检查。
To collect monthly QC logs as per timeline required and check for discrepancies before passing to HR dept for leave records
收集QC 每月的工作时间安排表 ,核查真实和差异,然后定期上交到人力资源部门做考勤记录。
To collect QC expense forms and check for discrepancies before passing to accounts dept as per timeline required
收集QC每月的费用报告,核对其真实性和准确性,然后上交到财务部门。
Required Skills (专业技术):
1) Good communication; planning skills.
良好沟通规划能力;
2) Fluent in written & spoken English
良好英语听说读写能力;
3) Good knowledge of cities and places in China
熟悉中国的城市及地方;
3) Working experience in Multinational company is preferred dealing with foreigners
有跨国公司工作经验者优先考虑;
Work Experience (工作经验):
With 2 and more years working experiences for QC resource planning.
2年以上QC资源规划工作经验。
