職責要求
1.To initiates problem solving with Production side in response to quality-related production problems
2.To ensure raw material testing, environmental monitoring sample testing, GMP utilities testing, in-process and final product testing
3.To ensure all equipment, installation commissioning, qualification, reagent and sample qualification, method transfers and other microbiology-related studies.
4.To perform sample management duties which may include movement and storage of samples, reconciliation of sample receipt
5.To review quality controlreports. Determine causes of non-conformity with respect to product, specifications, and/or operating or production problems； using associate input to develop and implement change to improve.
6.To prepare and complete internal, external quality audits according to standards/customer requirements
7.To coordinate with quality inspections, troubleshoot on products non-conformance, process flow and perform necessary corrective actions
8.To check and improve on quality control procedures for internal and/or suppliers from the raw material stage through to the finished product.
9.To work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirments from external suppliers；
10.To make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards
11.To monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
12.To make sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.
13To provide an environment that promotes team work and continuous improvement.

任職資格
1.Bachelor of Science in related field
2.Preferably 6years hands-on experience of relevant experience in food industries
3.Proficient in cost & wastage control management
4.Have a flair for food products development
5.Possess good analytical and problem solving skill
6.Possess excellent writing and communication skill
7.Drive to improve continuously and inspiring
8.Open-minded, creative and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment timelines
9.A Team leader
10.Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
11.Willing to work in Malaysia and in China
