GENERAL DESCRIPTION：

• Conduct Pre-shipment inspection according to PO information, Product Specifications and QC Logs

根据产品规格书及QC记录完成出运前的订单检验工作

• Provide inspection results by proper text description in English and related photos.

使用英语描述及照片完成验货结果的描述。

• Report inspection results by submitting FRI report to related database

将验货报告提交相关系统

• Be responsible to identify the problems and issues to product quality. Make recommendation to the higher QC authorities and commercial team

确定产品质量水平和问题原因。为业务部门和质量部门提供相关建议

• Work in QC Room

驻仓库质检室开展工作

• Maintain the facilities of the QC Room

维护在库质检室的检测设备

• Provide supply chain information of forwarder’s warehouse

为供应链部门提供货代仓库订单货物入库信息

• Coordinate with the supplier/warehouse to finish reworking in the warehouse side if necessary.

必要时协助供应商和仓库进行相关返工工作

• Earnestly fulfil other jobs assigned by the quality of charge.

认真负责地完成指定的质检工作

WORK EXPERIENCE：工作经验要求

• Able to write the inspection report in English, good communication skill

能够使用英语进行质检过程中的问题描述. 良好的沟通技巧

• Basic technical knowledge of hand tools and hardware.

手动工具及五金件产品的基础产品知识

• Experience in methods of QC inspection, such as random sampling and using test equipment

验货相关工作经验，熟悉基于随机抽样的检测方法和基本测量设备的使用

• Competency in general Auto Office software, including images by camera also filing

熟悉使用MS OFFICE软件

• Able to work independently without direct supervision

独立工作的能力

• Honest, robust & diligent, attention to details can complete task on time

诚实，努力，能在压力下从事相关工作。

• Working experience of work in consolidation warehouse is prefer

在物流仓库工作经历优先

• The candidates must be a strong team player and communicator.
