Job Responsibilities 职责要求:

1. Conduct inline and/or final inspection using the AQL system.

用AQL标准进行中期及尾期质量检验

2. Problem shooting for the defects found on site.

针对现场检验中发现的质量问题， 帮助工厂找出解决问题的方法

3. Review varies quality reports with factories, and work with relative factories for correction plan to improve the overall quality level.

与工厂一起分析各类质量报表，制定切实有效的改进计划，以提高质量水平

4. Supervise and/or advise the packers workers from forwarders.

监督并指导包装工人完成日常工作

5. Write the inspection report after the control is finished.

验完货后, 书写验货报告

6. Communicate with QC Manager on the inspection result.

通知QC经理相关的验货结果

Requirements 岗位要求：

1. Good textile knowledge, textile related college degree or above is preferred.

纺织类大专以上专业背景

2. Minimum 8 years solid experience in QC of apparel for export company.

8年以上外贸服装行业质量控制实际经验

3. Have strong knowledge on apparel techniques, production process and quality requirement on both woven and knitting category.

了解服装生产工艺流程，品质要求。对针梭织都有足够的专业知识

4. Effective communication skill and good problem solver.

良好的沟通能力和解决问题能力

5. Strong integrity and well organized.

7. Adapt to travel mobility.

8. English speaker would be a plus.
