Essential Duties/Responsibilities工作职责:

• Inspects the following:

o Work in process fabrications (large and small) prior to final welding

o Assembled products

o Purchased components that are commercially available

• Processes non-conformance reports

May travel to off-site supplier facilities for inspection of work in process

1. Assist to mange quality document and records.

协助质量文件和记录的管理。

2. Assist to Inspect and accept in site of suppliers for Sub-contract projects and parts.

协助外包项目、部件的现场检查和验收。

3. Assist to inspect and control production and assembly process.

协助生产和组装过程的质量检查。

4. Assist to formulate, following-up, and effect confirm prevent and correct measures.

协助纠正和预防措施的制定、跟踪和效果确认。

5. Assist to Processes non-conformance reports。

协助处理不合格报告。

6. Assist to communicate with headquarters of overseas about the QC department information.

协助与总部的质量部进行交流联系。

• Other temporary work arranged by QC manager.

Qualifications: (education, experience, certifications)

职位要求：（教育程度、工作经验、资格证书）

• Minimum 5 years experience in inspecting machined parts and large fabricated structures.
• 至少5年检查加工部件和大型装配式结构物的经验
• Experience in manufacturing of or inspection of in-process fabrications.
• 拥有制造或检查加工中制品的经验
• Experience in welding inspection, CWI a plus.
• 拥有焊接检查经验，获得焊接检验师资格者优先
• Experience in NDT processes, minimum Level 1, Level II or III a plus.
• 拥有无损检测经验，最低1级，通过2级或3级者优先

• Ability to read and understand drawings based on both ANSI and ISO standards
• 能读懂根据ANSI和ISO标准编制的图纸
• Experience in interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.

有解释几何尺寸和公差的经验

• University graduate, major in mechanical or metal welding;
• 毕业，机械或金属焊接专业；
• 3 years+ experience in quality control in mechanical manufacture; Experience of shield boring machine is a plus;
• /span>年以上机械制造质量控制经验，有盾构机经验者优先；
• Good command of oral English and written English;
• 的英语说写能力；
• Familiar with Office Software and Auto-CAD;
• 办公软件和Auto-CAD；
• Can travel when job requires.
