QC Inspector - 此职位需常驻义乌/金华一带

Job Description:

• Able to liaise with office staff (QC team/PO team) to get the inspection criteria information and documents before the inspection.
• Work at factory to perform inline inspections and final inspections according to AQL standard
• Report inspection results directly to management upon inspection completion.
• Issue inspection reports with detail photos and email back to office after inspection.
• Seal production samples for further reviewing or testing purpose.
• Communicate Rubies’ expectations with suppliers.

Job Requirement:

• College Education or above (Major in engineering will be preferred).
• 35 years old or below.
• Able to work independently.
• Open-minded and honest and good communication skills.
• Good reading and written English ( CET-4 degree will be preferred )
• Experiences with Office Software of PC (Word, Excel, Email etc.)
• 3 years + foreign trading company or buying office QC experiences.
• Strong AQL inspection knowledge for toys, costumes, plastic products and seasonal decorative products.
• Good knowledge of safety regulation of USA, Canada, EU and AU.
• Knowledge of retailers’ testing protocol for toys and costumes will be preferred.
• Knowledge of risk analysis and understanding of Quality Tools (FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma etc.) will be preferred.
• Willing to travel to China.
• Willing to work overtime and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• South inspectors will be based on Shenzhen City and mainly travel in Guangdong, Jiangxi, Fujian Province.
