• Responsibilities of contractor quality control engineers and other inspection personnel as assigned
• Responsible for the technical and other pertinent documents as directed.
• Implements quality control procedures and establishes detailed schedules for on-site inspection activities
• Within assigned area,monitors the operations for adherence to project plans and equipment for quality control compliance.
• Monitors contractor and contractor's suppliers workmanship,installation of material and equipment for quality control compliance
• Performs inspection functions in accord with inspection plan and monitors inspection duties assigned to contractors and reviews results of inspection
• Inspects and documents acceptances on construction activities and installations participates in quality assurance audits or activities covered by corporate /project QA program/plans
• Reviews and reports on selected engineering and procurement documents to assure the inclusion of applicable quality requirements
• Reviews and reports on quality documents of assemblies for conformance to specification and quality requirements.
• Reviews and comments on selected quality control inspection plans.
• Prepares quality assurance audit checklists
• Follows up on action taken in response to audit findings to assure adequacy of completed corrective actions

• 3 + years experience in large construction company or multi-national engineering company or project
• Familiar with international engineering and project execution procedures
• Experience with field quality control/quality assurance
• Degree in mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of the quality assurance principles and their application to engineering,environmental,procurement,construction testing or operations Experience in welding quality control and NDE
• Ability to coordinate Government inspections
• Good knowledge of international and Chinese standards and codes
• Proficient in applicable software of word,excel,etc.
• Be able to communicate in English
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Excellent team-work spirit
