Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and monitor Quality Assurance Framework and Practice for all CX IT development approaches.
  • Assist QA Practice Lead in ensuring projects and PI’s executed adhere to the Cathay Agile QA Practice.
  • Provide expertise on Testing Execution and Software Quality Assurance to project and Agile teams.
  • Provide assistance and support to project and Agile teams in identifying quality risks and issues.
  • Track various quality measurement (KPI*) to analyze quality risks and issues.
  • Assist QA Practice Lead to conduct audits against project and ART QA activities regularly.
  • Assist QA Practice Lead in providing uplift trainings to both functional and non-functional testing.
  • Ensure vendors’ deliverables are high quality and compliant to CX policies and standards.
  • Work with IT and BU to identify opportunities on process improvements and testing management to improve the overall quality.
  • Collaborate with other IT domains to drive business and technology innovation.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in enabling technologies (e.g. Cloud Computing, Blockchain) and software testing.
  • Maintain the operation of QA Community of Practice.
