Responsibilities:

1. Design and improve operation standards of new product

2. Establish and maintain restaurant food safety and quality related policies /procedures

3. Identify restaurant operation food safety risks

4. Assess identified risks and determine management plans

5. Periodic review and continuous improve restaurant food safety related operations

6. Support the development of new business

7. Other projects and jobs

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor or above Degree in Food Science/Agriculture/Biology or related field.
• Familiar with food safety and quality management system and audit experience for catering chain
• Intelligent, self-directed, self-starter, good ability to work within a team.
• Good summary and system planning ability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Committed to excellence.
• Minimum of 6 years working experience in food industry at quality assurance.
• In depth knowledge of quality assurance system in food industry as well as relative government regulations.
• Fluency in written and oral English.
