职责描述/Job Description:
1. Management of QA dept. with motivation. Take the assigned responsabilities for their own department (e.g. budget, reporting, KPI, targets, staff management...).
2.Management and optimization of supplier quality management system to drive and ensure continuous control and improvement of supplier quality performance.
3. Facilitating internal & external communication on quality issues. Monitoring, operation and optimization of complaints management to reduce the number of complaints and, in particular, to avoid the repetition of identical complaints.
4. Maintenance and further development of the required documentation for the QM system, in particular pertaining to quality policy, quality targets, the management handbook, processes, documents and recordings, in cooperation with other specialist functions.
5. Planning and implementation of internal and external audits (system, product, process), in cooperation with specialist departments, for the purposes of evaluation of the quality management system, Maintain and improve Quality system.
Responsible for all quality control and quality assurance in the plant.
6.Training of staff and employees for rules and requirements to fulfill internal and customer quality requirements;
7.Quality plan activity for new projects/products
8.Quality assessment in project phase
9.Lead/support failure investigation (internal and external) and resolve customer quality complaints, on time and on quality
10.Support process audit in plant
11. Process quality CIP drive for internal issue resolving and quality improvement
资历要求/Requirements:
1. University degree or above (mechanical and electronic engineering or comparable education is preferred).
2. At least 10 years of quality experience in an industrial company, thereof at least 5 years in the position of Quality Manager; working in the field of furniture hardware accessories is preferred;
3. Familiar with stamping, die-casting, Alu. Extrusion and e-plating production process.
4. Good experience in supplier audit capability.
5. Good knowledge of quality tools/system and Supplier management.
6. Process and result oritented with figure supported performance;
7. Good communication skill and cooperation attitude; well-organized and self-motivated;
8. Independent, good at problem-solving and good adaptability to pressure;
9. Good command of both written and spoken English.
