JD:

负责质量方针、质量目标的贯彻落实，改善公司的质量管理工作

负责公司各种质量管理制度的制定与实施，以及各种质量管理活动的执行与推动

处理质量异常，协助处理客户投诉与退货的调查、原因分析，并拟订改善措施

负责全面质量管理在公司的推行，并对各部门的工作进行内部质量审核

完善公司质量管理体系，环境体系的运作。

负责汽车电子项目的体系认证，及产品认证工作。

负责本部门员工的聘用、管理，以及下属员工工作的督导、评价与考核工作

完成上级交付的其他相关工作

Requirement:

Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Material Science, Solid State Physics or related areas.

Experience:

• More than 5 years experience of Quality management in semiconductor or micro-electric industry.
• Qualified with ISO9001 internal auditor, Has experience for TS16949 & automotive project management experience is perfered.
• Extensive experiences in quality control & quality improvment tooling application.
• Able to working under high pressure.
• Good written and oral communication skill in English is a must.
• Must have good background in driving projects to completion on time with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skill and coordination with cross functional team.
