Tasks and duties of the position:
1. Ensure that the global IMS and FSM processes are established, implemented and maintained. This includes the single
processes and the interfaces between the processes.
2. Supporting the process owner for their processes and the improvement of the process performances, and ensuring
alignment with the global stakeholders.
3. Managing the internal and external audits, supplier qualification, change control, non-conforming, corrective and
preventive action plans.
4. Making Management Reviews and provide sufficient reports and dashboards for the various stakeholders.
Maintaining and improving the tools and platforms utilized for the management systems.
5. Ensuring that the process owners are aware of customer requirements throughout the organization and that the
customer satisfaction will be improved.
6. Assist HCH managers in implementing Health and Safety systems and procedures, as well as for data protection.
7. Monitoring and reporting KPI’s and ensuring consistent measurement of business success, including ownership of
the Quality processes in the Integrated Management System and improving the processes.
8. Be the management representative for QM and HSE.
9. Be the sponsor of QM and HSE Trainings.
Requirements:
1. Degree in quality management, engineering, business administration or related Areas.
2. More than 3 years experiences in Quality Management positions.
