Purpose :

• Review & re-set of QA department ,provide overall direction & development in quality system /garment inspection

• Implement around manufacturing practices or process to ensure high quality of finished product & materials ,& continuous review of current system standard for achieving continuous improvement of quality
  

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• To understand customer standard & resolve quality concerns

• Trouble shoots quality problems with customers ,suppliers ,& internal customers on quality issues if necessary

• Analyze the root causes & drive team to identify solution & improvement methods

• Evaluate new & existing production unit performance periodically

• Work with different department to ensure the quality of work performed complied with international standards & ISO system

• Support Product failure analysis for returns

• Energetic & proactive individual with sound analytical & reporting skills

• Ability to communicate with all people from factory floor to Director level

• 
  

Specific requirements

• Familiar with H&M quality system used in manufacture of garment related product

• Manage product quality plan with associated garment specification & customer requirement
