職責要求
1.Manage QA department and its operations. 管理品管部門及其運作.
2.Client complaint handling and evaluation. 客戶抱怨處理及評估.
3.Maintenance of ISO and BRC system. 維護ISO及BRC系統.
4.Handle packaging material issues.包材問題處理.
5.Raw materials handling. 生產原物料處理.
6.Food safety compliance. 食品安全合規.
7.Support JIPM TPM/WCM activity. 支持JIPM TPM/WCM活動.
8.Other tasks assigned by line manager. 主管交辦的其他事項.

任職資格
1.Good communication, presentation and coordination skills. 良好的溝通、簡報及協調能力
2.Fluent English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. 流暢的英文聽說讀寫能力.
3.6~8 years working experience in manufacturing. 6~8年製造業工作經驗.
4.Experience in QM, production or any other function in Factory is a must. 必須曾任職於製造業工廠內之品管部門、生產部門或其他部門.
5.TPM experience will be a plus. 具TPM經驗為優先考量.
6.Aggressive and results oriented with strong personal drive. 具有強烈積極及結果導向的個人驅動特質.
