1. Set Quality Control Department strategy, missions and goals. Lead team growth and learning new test skills.
2. Develop, communicate, and refine standards and conventions for QA process, requirements documentation, communications, metrics and test plans.
3. Build and drive manual and automation test strategies and advance our test automation frameworks.
4. Implement quality performance report metrics, reporting bugs, and running regression.
5. Mentor team members in creating manual and automation test cases.

1. 10+ years of software quality assurance experience and 3+ years as a test manager
2. Technical leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
3. Strong communication and presentation skills
4. Deep understanding of the software development process
5. Strong knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, bugzilla, test link or teamtrack
6. Programming and debugging skills on one of the programming language C/C#, Java or PHP will be a plus
7. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
8. Loading test or security test experience will be a plus
