職責要求
1.To initiates problem solving with Production side in response to quality-related production problems
2.To implement, monitor, review of QA management system, produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards.
3.To liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the quality management system is functioning properly. Where appropriate, they advise on changes and how to implement them and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards.
4.To ensure full compliance with ISO, HACCP, HALAL and others certification standards with national and international quality/food safety legislation
5.To prepare and complete internal, external quality audits according to standards/customer requirements
6.To participate in the site internal audits
7.Assist in leading factory GMP and ensure quality audits according to standards/customer requirements
8.To coordinate with quality inspections, troubleshoot on products non-conformance, process flow and perform necessary corrective actions
9.To document and report all supplier quality issues
10.To check and improve on quality control procedures for internal and/or suppliers from the raw material stage through to the finished product.
11.To monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
12.To make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
13.To use relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business
14.To make sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.
15.To provide an environment that promotes team work and continuous improvement.

任職資格
1.Bachelor of Science in related field
2.Preferably 6 years hands-on experience of relevant experience in food industries
3.Proficient in cost & wastage control management
4.Have a flair for food products development
5.Possess good analytical and problem solving skill
6.Possess excellent writing and communication skill
7.Drive to improve continuously and inspiring
8.Open-minded, creative and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment timelines
9.A Team leader
10.Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
11.Willing to work in Malaysia and in China
