• Establishing, implementation and maintenance of the quality system documents WI/PD.

• Leading the internal audit and external audit activities.

• Supplier quality management, supplier qualification audit, product quality audit, Supplier process audit.

• Lab management, routine lab management, lab device calibration, daily maintenance

• Customer's complaints handling, liaison between customer and company, complaints analysis

• Provide quality related training to others as required.

• People management, create an efficient and effective organization; train, develop and grow subordinates.
