Responsibility:

1. Facilitating corporation process improvement

2. Working with projects to ensure process implementation

3. Providing necessary trainings to ensure process implementation

4. Collecting measurements, analyzing and deducing metrics data

5. Conducting data analysis on metrics and defects and providing reports to the management

6. Identifying corrective / preventive actions and tracking to closure

7. Identifying process training requirements and implementing trainings

8. Ensuring collection and verification of measurement data

9. Preparing project data and metrics report for quality

Requirements:

1. B.S. Computer Science or equivalent

2. Having at least 3-year work experience as Quality Analyst in a supervisory role or similar position

3. Being highly analytical and having strong communication capabilities

4. Strong organizational, people management, project management and customer interaction skills.

5. Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.

6. Familiar with the Excel Macros / VBA;

7. Familiar with quality assurance such as CMMI , 6 sigma etc. is a plus;

8. Proven experience in software development and QA methodology.

9. Fluent in reading/writing/speaking both English and Chinese.
