• Lead NPI and SAP approval for new product launching and/or management of change to ensure formulation integrity and consistency.
• Follow up root cause investigation and corrective actions for quality alerts related with process and

products.

• Drive continuous improvement to meet high quality requirements of dairy customers.
• Track and review quality performance to promote continuous improvement.

Agility and Innovation · Identify opportunities and lead quality improvement by applying advanced CI/LSS tools.

· Develop analytical techniques to aid process or product quality improvement.

Relationships and People · Work closely with key internal functions – Production, Engineering, Finance, CSPI,

Regulatory, Logistics and CS for product quality assessment, timely product release,

quality KPIs reporting, quality issue solving and high standard raised by dairy customers

• Lead the customer complaint investigation to satisfy the customer as well as prevent

similar case in the future;

• Support audit & visit of customer, regulatory, certifying bodies and corporate QA.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements: · Bachelor degree or higher in a food manufacturing or related background.

· At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC role of multinational food companies, supervision

experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, HACCP, BRC or FSSC 22000 as minimum. Certified auditor is preferred.

· Strong leadership skills

• Literate in PC software: Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, etc.
• Good command of English for both of written and spoken
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
