Job Description
- 1.Develop, lead and execute cross group purchasing strategies
2.Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
3.Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
4.Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
5.Forecast price and market trends and their impact on future activities
6.Assess, manage and mitigate risks
7.Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
8.Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
9.Give presentations about market analysis and possible growth
10.Train and supervise the work of other members of staff
11.Global sourcing: Coordinates with people in different company locations to see if a better price is available somewhere else or if suppliers in a certain area are not living up to expectations - (永康科技工業區)

5.Solid judgement along with decision making skills
6.Strong the ability to lead and motivate a team
7.Minimum of a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration. Master’s degree preferred.
8. 5+ years’ purchasing management experience
9.Strong knowledge of supply chain management required
10.Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills in English
11.Strong analytical ability to adapt to different client needs and to develop and maintain successful working relationships
12.Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (IATF 16949 etc.)
