Kirsch Pharma is a well-established family owned German company which caters their customers in the Nutrition and Pharma industry worldwide with high quality raw materials and flexible solutions for their needs. We are a dynamic and flexible team with offices around the globe and 2 GMP certified production sites in Germany.

The Shanghai office is in charge of the China sourcing activities of our Group for our factories and offices in Germany, Australia, Singapore, South Africa and Spain. This includes the communication, price and contract negotiation and sourcing with/of local suppliers. The follow up on the orders as well as the export process.

We are a young and international team which loves what it does and so should you to become our new purchasing specialist.

We like to see the following in you:

• All-rounder who loves to think out of the box.
• Hands-on mentality and you want to work independently.
• Regular traveling to customers all over China
• Good communication skills with suppliers as well as internal branches all over the world.
• Native Chinese and fluent English, both, written and spoken.
• At least a bachelor degree in international business, logistic, english or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in sourcing/purchasing/exporting, preferable with good knowledge of exporting process (not mandatory).
• Knowledge of the chemical industry would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Willing to learn new skills and work under high pressure
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook

The routine business includes the whole process of sourcing and order fulfillment:

• Communication with our suppliers as well as our branches
• Handling product claims
• Handling orders and export processes including the follow up
• Souring products including price and contract negotiations
• Organize samples for qualification
• Assist with technical documents
• Assist customers with supplier audits
• And other tasks assigned by the superior
