The Purchasing Specialist’s responsibility includes but is not limited to:

- Coordinate to set up reasonable usage rate for MRO parts.
协调并建立合理的MRO零件使用率
- Coordinates with engineering and production team for re-sourcing opportunities on equipment, spare parts, repair, cutting tool, fixture, gauge, metal material and etc.
协调工程师和生产团队进行设备,备件,维修,刀具,夹具,检具,金属材料等供应商开发。
- Set up sourcing strategy based on re-sourcing priority.
根据供应商开发的优先级建立供应商开发的策略
- Potential supplier searching and evaluation
潜在供应商开发与评估
- Work together with user department for supplier technical qualification.
与使用部门合作确认供应商技术资质
- Review supplier technical proposal.
评估供应商技术方案
- Cost analysis.
成本分析
- Price comparison and price negotiation
比价与谈判
- Contract draft and review
合同拟定和评审
- Check PR request
核对PR需求
- Prepares purchase orders
处理采购订单
- Follow POs to make sure that they are delivered at the right time and for the right price
跟踪采购订单确保在正确的时间以正确的价格交付
- Maintains warehouse inventory of parts according to the plant needs

- Maintains computerized procurement records, such as items purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.
维护系统采购记录,例如:需要采购的项目,成本,交货,产品质量或者绩效和库存
- Resolves non-conforming goods with quality control personnel and vendors.
与进料检验人员和供应商一起解决不合格品
- Approves invoices for payments and work with accounting on accounts payable
协同财务部门处理发票、付款
- Work with other departments to follow purchasing process
协同其他部门按照采购流程处理请购单
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
任职资格
- 教育背景/College Experience
?学历/Degree: college or above 大专以上
?专业/Major:Environment or related/机械或者采购管理相关专业
- 工作经验/Working Experience
3 years’ work experience, At least 2 years of sourcing experience in MRO, be familiar with
manufacturing process and equipment;
三年以上采购工作经验,至少2年MRO采购经验,熟悉制造流程和加工设备;
Understanding of Automotive quality systems
熟悉汽车行业质量体系。
- 知识技能/Knowledge and Skill
Strong cost analysis and negotiation skills needed to satisfy business demand
很强的成本分析和谈判技巧满足商业需求
Good command of English is preferred, be good at office/ ERP software;
良好的英语沟通能力,熟悉ERP操作软件及办公软件
- 个人素质/Personality
Self-motivation, team spirit and working under pressure.
自我激励、团队精神并且能在压力下完成工作。
Good communication skills
良好的沟通能力和技巧。
