Job Description
Responsibility:
- Order Execution
- Drive the entire process of purchasing and exporting orders execution
- Follow up order placement, production, QC, shipment, document and payment
- Handle all the related issues during the process
- Coordinate with suppliers to solve problems and improve efficiency
- Order Management
- Manage the complex status, data and files of multiple orders
- Support with strategic information and summary reports
- Build and maintain business relationships with suppliers
- Product Development
- Sourcing, negotiation and supplier development
- Sample, quotation and project management
- Office Support
- General office assistance
- Team cooperation
Requirement:
- Fluent English speaker and good communicator
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Detailed, organized and good coordinating skills
- Problem-solving and multi-tasking ability
- Experienced in exporting or trading business (minimum 3 years)
